- Lodging Information -
These cottages and apartments
are most comfortably furnished and are heated with hot water from a central
heating plant or electric baseboard heat, with individual thermostats to
control desired heat. Every cottage faces the water and has large living room
picture window. All are beautifully paneled throughout. Rent includes heat, hot
water, linen for beds, bath and kitchens, silverware, dishes, pots and pans.
Cottages and apartments are cleaned weekly, with bath and kitchen linens
furnished three times per week, and beds linens changed once a week. Daily maid
service included for Motel units and optional at additional charge for Cottages
and Apartments. Showers on our beach. No charge for children under 12 years of
age. Charcoal cast iron grills on beach. Beach towels furnished. Coffee makers,
telephones and refrigerators in all accommodations. New luxury bedsprings and
mattresses throughout.

BOATHOUSE COTTAGE 33
Accommodates two to four people. One floor consisting of small
living room area with double sofa bed, all electric kitchen, dining area for
six persons, one bedroom (queen bed). 33R can be connected to accommodate eight
persons at additional charge.
Picture window facing Bay- Electric thermostat heat - large wall mirrors in bath and bedroom. Kitchen odor-free fan. Formica shower. Wall-to-wall carpet in bedroom and sitting room - color TV. Air-conditioned. Microwave. Italian ceramic floors in kitchen-dining & bath. Large ceiling fan in dining area.

accommodates four persons in each. 39A has short flight outside stairway (12
steps) entrance, one double bed and one double sofa bed in separate rooms. Both
have dining area, television and overlook Bay. 39B (ground floor) has queen
& double sofa bed with folding door to separate sleeping areas. Heater -
individual thermostat. Kitchen odor-free fans in both. Luxury kitchen in both
and bathrooms in each, microwaves. Color TV in both suites. Air conditioning in
both. 39A has a new skylight in bedroom, with double bed.
