HEAT ENERGY SURCHARGE: Dec. 15- Feb. 28, 2008 - $12 per night in all houses and apartments; $8.00 for rooms.

OFF-SEASON RATES: Special off-season rates are available November 1st through April 30th.

HOLIDAYS:

For weddings, receptions, conventions, and special gatherings, Special Rates apply.

Children welcome... Cribs & Rollaway beds are $25/day... No Pets - Dogs, birds or cats. Check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Parking: July 1 to Labor Day: private locked off street parking for stays of one month or longer. Limited public off street parking on a first come basis - on street parking along 2-1/2 blocks of Commercial Street or public metered 75-car lot, 1/2 block east of Masthead. (Meters inoperative Fall to Spring). Free Valet parking available till 6 pm daily. July & August. Off street parking available to all; free self-parking 3 blocks from here.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Off season, April, May, June, September & October, 2 weeks notice for cancellation is required for rooms and 30 days notice for apartments and cottages. In Season, 30 days notice is required for rooms and 90 days for apartments. No cancellation on Cottages 41A, 39, & 35 and multiple room reservations. No cancellations on Holidays. 20% Service Fee on ALL cancellations. All refunds paid 90 days from cancellation date.

Deposits: A minimum deposit of 3 nights rent is required: or the total rental amount if a reservation is less than three nights. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations 6 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rates are quoted for two people unless otherwise specified. Rates quoted for 4 are for families ONLY. There is a $25.00 charge per day for each additional person. There is a $175.00 per week or $50.00 per day surcharge if 2 couples, 2 families, or 4 individuals occupy one unit. This is applicable year round. All rates & conditions subject to change.
