Our season begins in May and we are open through Thanksgiving, Saturday to Saturday

Maximum number of occupants per house is as follows: House #2, seven occupants plus crib/cot; House #3, eight occupants plus crib/cot; House #4, six to 10 occupants plus; 1800 House, six to eight occupants plus; Barn loft, two to four occupants; The Barnacle, two to four occupants.

WEEKENDS: We will accommodate "weekenders" and "midweekers" when this does not interfere with a weekly rental.

OFF SEASON DAILY RATES are in May and November with a minimum 3-night preffered booking. They are pro-rated or $250 a night for on the water rentals; and, the rate is pro-rated or $125 to $175 a night off the water.

THANKSGIVING for a partial week, $350 a night.

* MONITORIES: Deposit of one half is required. The balance is due on arrival day. Checks on foreign banks must specify "U.S. Funds."

Reservations are accepted in order of receipt of deposit and no reservation should be considered final until we confirm it.

If you must CANCEL your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. If we can rent the house for the full time of your rental at the same rate, we will return your deposit in full. If we are unable to rent the house, or are able to rent it for a shorter period or for a lower rate, we will reduce your refund by the amount of rent lost by us. Given plenty of time, we usually have no problem re-renting and returning your deposit in full.

HOUSE STATUTES: Check-out time for on the water is 10AM and check-in time is 2PM or there about and 11AM-3PM for off the water. Please leave houses in good order; dishes washed etc. and, most important, items that grew legs, please return to their abodes!
