One and a half baths

Three leap-frogs and you are in the water! This home has a lovely bay window in the living room overlooking Pleasant Bay and Tern Island. There is a 350 gallon hot tub on a lovely wood deck with a table and chairs. A patio off the kitchen has a large table for outdoor dining. A large window in the inside dining area allows extra light. The brick fireplace is very inviting on chilly evenings.

Eight people can sleep comfortably in this two story, four bedroom house which provides: one queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds. A queen convertable sofa is for extra elbow room. There is room to have a crib or a cot for an extra little one.
