- Cancellation Policy: ONLY if given two weeks notice, minus $25 handling fee
- Deposit: Stays of 3 nights or less require FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. All stays of 4 or more nights require 50% deposit, with balance DUE AT CHECK-IN.
