Shoreline is a motel offering magnificent views of Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown and a unique view of Pilgrim Lake outlined by picturesque sand dunes.

Located on a private, white sandy beach footsteps away from the water's edge...
Shoreline Motel is one of the few places on the East Coast where you can watch the sun set over the water.

Our motel units feature:
Two double beds, cable color TV, air-conditioning/heat, full baths, carpeting, 8' glass sliders facing the bay, room phones, refrigerators & coffee makers. Motel units are approximately 340 sq. ft.

Efficiency units feature (in addition to motel units):
Full kitchens - refrigerator with freezer, electric range with oven, coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel sink, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Efficiency units are approximately 425 sq. ft.

Our suites feature:
Plush carpeting, living room, love seat, chairs, queen size bed in bedroom, cable color TV, recessed lights with dimmers, room phones, air-conditioning/heat, glass and brass shower. Kitchenettes include sink, counter, refrigerator, freezer for cubes, microwave, coffee maker, plates and glasses. Suites are approximately 445 sq. ft.

All units have spectacular views, upper units have private balconies, lower units have decking.


Nearby is the Cape Cod National Seashore with miles of scenic beaches along the ocean to be enjoyed by those who choose to relax, walk, fish, or just to take in their beauty. Skirting the beaches are miles of sweeping, ever changing sand dunes. Extensive bike and hiking trails wind through woodlands, dunes and around ponds, allowing one a glimpse of nature and vegetation in this unique area.
