SPECIALS:

• Stay two consecutive days and get the third day FREE. Not to exceed one free day per week. Offer is good from May 16th-June 12th and from Sept. 15-Oct 19th. Holidays are excluded from the specials.

RESERVATION POLICY:

• Extra persons are $15 each night with no charge for children under the age of two
• A $500 deposit is required for each week's reservation. A one night deposit is required for less than a week's stay.

• Check-In Time: 2 pm
• Check-Out: 10 am.
• Occupancy may not exceed registered guests
• RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Visa & Mastercard accepted
• No open fires
• No grilling on decks
• Balance due on arrival. No personal checks.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:

• Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $100.00 late cancellation and processing fee.
