Eastham Driving Tour
Eastham is the center of our National Seashore Park. The free Schoolhouse Museum above is across from the Park's Visitor Center on Route 6, a quarter mile north of the town center and windmill shown below.
Hemenway Rd.
Coming in from Orleans, take a right to Fort Hill and gaze out on the Great Nauset Marsh. The next right turn is Hemenway Rd., which ends at the beach above where you can see Eliot Richardson's home. He held more U.S. cabinet posts than any man. Start the Red Maple Swamp Walk from here.
